Tri-Quincy Area Public Library District

If you live in Melrose, Riverside or Ellington townships in school district #172, you are eligible for a free library card through the Tri-Quincy Area Public Library District. If you are not a resident of Quincy or the above areas, you may purchase a non-resident library card. Please fill out the form below for a Tri-Quincy or Non-resident card. Questions? Your library card will be processed within 24 hours. You have 30 days to visit the Library and pick up your new card. Please present a photo identification card, such as a driver's license or student i.d. card and proof of your current address when requesting your card. To pick-up a non-resident card, you will need to present a form of payment at the time you pick-up your card. If you are under 18, you will need a parent with you to pick up your card.
